Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will be the operator of a new landmark waterfront five-star business hotel on Al Maryah Island. It will be the first UAE hotel for the Four Seasons brand, which is internationally renowned for their premium hotels and resorts located in the world's leading business destinations and tourist locations.

This flagship, five-star hotel at Al Maryah Island will feature striking architecture and unique design elements and will be dedicated to premium business travellers offering world-class standards of luxury and service.

Al Maryah Island is set to be a dynamic mixed-use Central Business District (CBD), as designated by the Urban Planning Council in Capital 2030 (formerly Plan Abu Dhabi 2030). Al Maryah Island will be a vibrant, 24-hour commercial, leisure and entertainment hub with premium office accommodation, comprehensive transport infrastructure and connectivity, a pedestrian-friendly public realm, luxury business hotels, unique residential neighbourhoods and a variety of retail choices as well as community facilities, public amenities, parks and open spaces, and extensive food and beverage outlets.

  • 12 Investment plots - leading local financial institutions, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Al Hilal Bank have purchased development plots. They will each be building a commercial tower.
  • Infrastructure - four pedestrian-friendly bridges, multi-tier road network and utilities
